Furniture is built to order in about 15 working days, so allow 24 to 26 days from order to doorstep. Every product page shows its own delivery window and an estimated arrival date.

Yes. Orders up to Rs. 10,000 are fully Cash on Delivery, so you pay nothing until the parcel is in your hands.

Above Rs. 10,000 we take a 10% advance to confirm the order and collect the balance in cash when it arrives. The exact advance is shown on the product page before you order.

Yes. You can return any item within 7 days of delivery.

Anything that arrives damaged is replaced free of charge - report it at the time of delivery.

Wooden structures carry a 3 to 5 year warranty depending on the product, and upholstery fabric is covered against fading for 3 years. Damage caused during normal use, such as tears, stains, dents or scratches, is not covered.

Bed sets, sofas and other large pieces travel on our own delivery service rather than a courier, so they cannot be collected as full cash on delivery.

These orders are 50% advance to confirm and 50% paid on delivery. You will see the exact advance amount on the product page.

Assembly is not included. Pieces that need assembling arrive with step-by-step instructions and all the hardware required.
