In-stock home organization items ship by Post-Ex and arrive in 3 to 5 days. Furniture is made to order and takes roughly 24 to 26 days in total.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock shelves, racks and kitchen organizers arrive within 3 to 5 days anywhere in Pakistan. Choosing a custom colour adds 7 to 10 days.
Furniture is built to order in about 15 working days, so allow 24 to 26 days from order to doorstep. Every product page shows its own delivery window and an estimated arrival date.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Orders up to Rs. 10,000 are fully Cash on Delivery, so you pay nothing until the parcel is in your hands.
Above Rs. 10,000 we take a 10% advance to confirm the order and collect the balance in cash when it arrives. The exact advance is shown on the product page before you order.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return any item within 7 days of delivery.
What warranty do you provide?
Anything that arrives damaged is replaced free of charge - report it at the time of delivery.
Wooden structures carry a 3 to 5 year warranty depending on the product, and upholstery fabric is covered against fading for 3 years. Damage caused during normal use, such as tears, stains, dents or scratches, is not covered.
How do I pay for large furniture?
Bed sets, sofas and other large pieces travel on our own delivery service rather than a courier, so they cannot be collected as full cash on delivery.
These orders are 50% advance to confirm and 50% paid on delivery. You will see the exact advance amount on the product page.
Do you assemble the furniture?
Assembly is not included. Pieces that need assembling arrive with step-by-step instructions and all the hardware required.
Each product page states whether assembly is needed for that item.
Can I choose a custom colour?
Yes. Most shelves, racks and furniture can be made in a custom MDF sheet or fabric colour.
Standard colours ship in 3 to 5 days; custom colour orders take 7 to 10 days to produce. Message us on WhatsApp with the product and the shade you want.
